This is my first time to write a poem. I wish they will be ok.
TEEN POEM
1. Diamante
I used this type for my first poem. It is seven lined contrast poem.
Teenager
Sensitive, creative
Planning, sharing, arguing
Responsible, independent, respect,
honest
Thinking, organizing, caring
Wise, strong
Adult
2. Crostic
A crostic poetry is where
the first letter of each line spells a word, usually using the same words as in
the title.
TEENAGER
Time for change is almost
started
Extreme physical changes
will happen to me
Everything will be
different now
Natural egoism will be
one of my characters
Aware of my needs I will
be
Growing up means to be
responsible
Every moment will be
important
Respecting others will be
my hope
Why are teenagers considered in the diamond poem as adults if they are in an age where they are not children and they are not adults?
